FYNDROOT
Route to Market

From the warehouse gate to the retail shelf — one connected platform.

Route to Market carries your product out to the market, and carries the order, the cash and the evidence back. Field sales, van sales, pre-sales, merchandising, delivery, collections and stock — one system, working offline, that runs standalone or alongside your ERP.

Offline-first Android app Self-maintained masters Optional two-way ERP sync
The problem

Distribution breaks in the gaps between systems.

Most distributors do not lack software. They have five of them — and none of them agree with each other by Friday evening.

Stock nobody can vouch for

Van loads reconciled on paper, damages argued a week later, and a warehouse figure that never matches the vehicle.

A field force you cannot see

No reliable record of which outlet was actually visited, when, for how long, and what happened inside it.

Cash that arrives late and unexplained

Collections tracked in notebooks, part-payments spread across invoices, ageing discovered only at month-end.

Promotions applied by memory

Schemes interpreted differently by every rep, credit limits breached in the aisle, disputes settled in the back office.

Shelf reality nobody measures

Share of shelf, planogram compliance and competitor activity captured as anecdotes, not as evidence.

Reporting that arrives after the decision

Data re-keyed between the field, the spreadsheet and the ERP — accurate eventually, useful never.

Modules

Six operational modules and one analytics layer.

Take the whole suite or start with the module that hurts most. They share one master data set, so nothing is stranded later.

Master Data Management

The suite is self-sufficient. Every master it needs is created and maintained inside the Operations Hub — no ERP, no data team and no integration project required to get started.

  • Form-wise entry — guided single-record forms with field validation, approvals and change history
  • Bulk import — Excel or CSV against a downloadable template, validated row by row with an error report before commit
  • Bulk export — any master out to Excel for review, offline correction and re-import
  • Covers the full set — customers, outlets, products, UOMs, price lists, taxes, routes, vehicles, warehouses, users and hierarchy
  • Nothing wasted later — connect an ERP whenever you choose; existing masters map across

Analytics & Dashboards

Configurable dashboards and chart widgets across sales, stock, visits, collections, returns and execution — with one-click Excel export and printable day-end reports from the device itself.

  • Sales — target versus achievement by salesman, route, customer and product
  • Stock — warehouse, van, movement and slow-moving lines
  • Field force — visits, coverage, productivity, commission earned
  • Collections — receipts, outstanding, ageing and payment method
  • Management — region, area and route performance side by side
Part A

The Field App

An offline-first Android application your teams carry into every outlet. One app, provisioned per role from the server.

  • Guided selling — a recommended order built from buying history, must-stock lists, last-order snapshot and open missions for the store
  • Full catalogue — by category and brand, searchable, barcode-scannable, with a quick-add mode for routine repeats
  • Self-policing pricing — customer-specific prices, price ladders, multi-generation promotions and credit limits enforced in the aisle
  • Print at the counter — ESC/POS, CPCL, ZPL and ESC/P over Bluetooth, with PDF generation and sharing as a fallback
  • Returnable containers — refill / new / replacement order types, per-outlet bottle ledgers, deposit tracking, customer wallet
  • Returns without disputes — captured against the original invoice, classified, photo-evidenced, released by supervisor authorisation code
Part B

The Operations Hub

One web back office for everything head office decides — and a governance layer so those decisions hold in the field.

  • Masters, maintained by you — customers with documents and credit terms, products with UOM conversion rules, distributors, vehicles, taxes and GST, currencies and org hierarchy — added one form at a time or imported in bulk from Excel, with no ERP required
  • Route and journey design — beats, routes, calendars, holidays, visit frequency: what decides which outlet appears on whose screen on which day
  • Commercial configuration — price lists and ladders, a multi-generation promotions engine, trade schemes with exclusions, coupons, targets, commission plans
  • Execution design — survey builders, planogram definitions, perfect-store scorecards, campaign setup, broadcast news to the field
  • Governance — a generic approval engine, a rule engine with its own authoring UI, permissions down to individual actions, a complete audit trail
  • Automated replenishment — ASRM computes and schedules store replenishment, with its own import and scheduling controls
  • Notifications — SMS, email, OTP and push on a queued, template-driven pipeline
No ERP? No problem

The suite runs perfectly well on its own.

Integration is an option, not a prerequisite. Every master the platform needs lives inside it and is maintained by your own team — so you can be live on a route without waiting on an IT project.

  • Self-maintained masters — customers, outlets, products, UOMs, price lists, taxes, routes, vehicles, warehouses, users and org hierarchy, all managed in the Operations Hub
  • Form-wise entry — add or edit a single record through a guided form with validation, approvals and a full audit trail on every change
  • Bulk import — load or mass-update any master from Excel or CSV using a downloadable template, with row-level validation and an error report before anything commits
  • Bulk export — pull any master back out to Excel for review, offline correction and re-import
  • Integrate later — turn on an ERP connector whenever you are ready; the masters you built stay, and mapping picks up from there
Part C

The Integration Engine — optional, and thorough when you want it.

If your ERP should stay the system of record, a dedicated synchronisation service moves data both ways on a monitored schedule, through a staging layer with per-entity process-status tracking. Every record's journey is visible, and every failure is re-runnable. If you would rather run standalone, leave it switched off.

Inbound from ERP

Item and price masters including ladders, tax masters, customer masters, credit limits and temporary limits, outstanding and open invoices, statements, PO confirmations, warehouse stock, load-outs and provisions.

Outbound to ERP

Sales orders, sales invoices, receipts, purchase orders, load requests, customer master changes and credit notes — posted on schedule, with status visible per record.

Connectors & files

SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Tally out of the box. Bulk Excel and CSV import and export across the master data set for initial loads and mass maintenance.

Built something yourself? That works too.

In-house and custom-built ERPs are first-class targets, not exceptions. We integrate through whichever door your system opens: REST APIs on either side, a database-level staging layer your team writes to and reads from, or scheduled flat-file exchange over CSV, Excel or XML. The same monitoring, per-record process status and re-run capability applies — a home-grown ERP is not a second-class integration.

Hardware and channels too — Bluetooth thermal printers across four print languages, barcode devices, payment terminals, SMS and email gateways, and REST APIs for anything else in your landscape.
End to end

One unbroken chain from load-out to ledger.

Every step below produces a record. No step depends on someone remembering to write it down.

01 Warehouse 02 Load & gate check 03 Van 04 Outlet visit 05 Order / invoice 06 Delivery & POD 07 Collection 08 ERP posting 09 Analytics
Offline documents are valid documents. Orders, invoices and receipts draw from pre-allocated sequence pools, so a rep in a basement market issues a real invoice number — not a placeholder to be fixed later.
One app, seven jobs

The same app becomes a different tool for every role.

Menus, tabs and workflows are provisioned per role from the server, so each user sees exactly their job — and nothing else.

RoleWhat their app becomes
Presales RepAn order-booking cockpit — journey plan, outlet history, catalogue, live promotions, recommended order.
Van Sales RepA rolling point of sale — live van stock, on-the-spot invoicing, Bluetooth printing, cash management.
Delivery CrewExecution against booked orders, with building-level pick grouping for dense urban drops and proof of delivery.
CollectorA receivables-only round — outstanding invoices, multi-invoice settlement, printed receipts at the counter.
MerchandiserShelf execution — store checks, planograms, share of shelf, displays and campaign evidence.
SupervisorA team command view — live map, approvals, authorisation codes, performance drill-downs.
Gate / SecurityA verification checkpoint — confirm what physically leaves and returns on every van.
What it delivers

Five outcomes, not a feature list.

Everything in the platform exists to move one of these five numbers. The detail sits on the platform page — this is the shape of it.

See it on your own route
01

Sell more in every visit

Recommended orders built from buying history, must-stock lists, barcode entry, and promotions that apply themselves the moment a basket qualifies.

02

Keep stock honest, gate to shelf

Structured day open and close, load requests, van-to-van transfers, independent gate verification, physical counts and variance control.

03

Turn sales into cash

Multi-invoice settlement, advances, credit notes, a dedicated collector round, and ageing in front of the people who can act on it.

04

Win the shelf

Planogram compliance, share of shelf, price and expiry checks, competitor intelligence — all photo-evidenced with GPS and timestamp.

05

Manage the field force

Targets, live dashboards on the device, commission computed on the same data the rep sells with, gamification, and a live team map for supervisors.

The gate itself is a product of ours too

Route to Market verifies what leaves on a van. GateFlow governs every other movement through that same gate — visitors, contractors, inbound vehicles, materials, couriers and assets — on one configurable system with an audit trail the database itself protects.

  • Run either product on its own, or both against one gate
  • Same engineering discipline: offline-first handset, web hub, configuration over code
  • Common approach to masters, roles and approvals, so your team learns one way of working
